BMI is a measure of fitness and indicates if you are under-weight, over-weight or of normal weight. The formula for BMI is:
BMI = Weight (in kg) / [Height (in m) * Height (in m)]
The body mass index is simply your body weight (in kilograms) divided by your height (in meters) squared.
