Step I. First we calculate the time duration of all tasks in minutes. See the formula section on time difference calculator for details.
Step II. Next, we add up all the minutes from Step I and divide the total by 60 to find the hours worked. To find the time spent in hours and minutes, we use whole number division. Dividing the total minutes by 60, the quotient will yield the hours and the remainder will give the leftover minutes.
